Customer Passion Point appoints Chinwe Kalu new MD
Customer Passion Point Limited, a trade marketing, training solutions and value creation consultancy firm has appointed Chinwe Kalu as its new managing director and chief executive officer (CEO).
A seasoned trainer, sales and marketing professional, Chinwe takes over from its pioneer managing director, Ikechukwu Kalu.
Following her appointment, which takes immediate effect, she will oversee the customer-centric value creation consultancy firm with operations in Nigeria and Tanzania.
She joined Customer Passion Point Limited (CPPL), Tanzania, as executive director in 2012 and later chief operating officer (COO) and head of training and development in Nigeria.
In that position, she was responsible for curriculum design and development, execution and evaluation of training programmes, while also managing clients’ relationships.
She was also responsible for the organisation of training, seminars and conferences.
Chinwe, a graduate of Chemistry and an alumnus of the University of Lagos, MBA degree programme, started her career as a sales and marketing professional in the financial services sector that spanned Continental Finance Limited and Liberty Merchant Bank until 2002 when she veered into private enterprise in training and development.
