Foundation tasks professionals on recession control

Chairman, Board of Trustees, Professional Excellence Foundation of Nigeria, Julius Adelusi_Adeluyi, has said that there are a lot of professionals in the country who can help to proffer solutions to the problem of recession confronting the country.
He said this during the induction and upgrading ceremony of new members into the foundation in Lagos.The chairman said, “This government must seek out professionals because many of them are ready to render their services. We must all love our country, we must all try to heal our country, we must all work together and try to fix our country because there is no problem facing Nigeria that Nigerians working together cannot solve.”
According to him, things have not been done well in the country in the last 56 years and there was a need to adopt a new approach and strategies which can only be implemented by professionals.
“There are hundreds of professions and millions of professionals in this country, and if all the professionals and groups get together and do things professionally, the environment will be safe,” he said.
Adelusi_Adeluyi, said that some few years back, PEFON dreamt of how to improve the quality of professionalism and profession in the country in a way that it could bring back integrity, sense of responsibility and mentoring of the younger generation.
He said that government cannot do everything for everybody in the country and that the private sector should support in ensuring the development of Nigeria.

Different individuals from different sectors were inducted during the programme.One of the inductees, Dr. Adebowale Adeniyi, thanked PEFON on behalf of other inductees for the opportunity to be members of the foundation.
“We will continue to contribute our quota to the development of professionalism in the country and to achieve the objectives of PEFON,” Adeniyi said.
