Pate tips Moghalu to excel at new ARC/WFP’s job
A former Executive Director of National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) and Minister of State for Health, Dr. Muhammad Ali Pate, has tipped Head, Communications & Advocacy for the Africa Risk Capacity/United Nations World Food Programme (ARC/WFP), Mr. Chinedu Moghalu, to excel in his new position.
Describing the new ARC/WFP communications helmsman as real African Union Ambassador, Pate, who is the Chairman of Chigari Foundation, in a statement recounted Moghalu’s contribution as Board Member of Chigari Foundation to the success of the organisation in identifying and engaging traditional leaders in Northern Nigeria in primary healthcare delivery.
According to the former Minister of State for Health: “He is a treasured asset for us at the Chigari Foundation and will be Nigeria’s ambassador per excellence at the ARC/WFP, in Johannesburg, South Africa”.
Considering his level of educational prowess, the former health Minister noted that he had no fears that Moghalu would perform excellently and prove his mettle as a symbol of excellence. Before his appointment, Moghalu served as the Regional Head of Nigerian Export-Import Bank (NEXIM) for the Southeast and Delta states in Nigeria.
