Royal brand of marble stones and granite from the stable of Royal Engineered Stones Ltd. has been adjudged the best innovative marble in the building material market. The pronouncement came on the heels of Africa’s biggest housing and construction expo, the 12th Abuja International Housing Show, during the Nigerian Housing Award night at the International Conference Center, Abuja.
 
The award, ‘Best Innovative Marble Company of the Year 2018’ was presented to Royal Engineered Stones by International Housing & Construction Show Ltd., organizers of the show and Fesadeb Communications Ltd, leading promoter of housing development in Nigeria and the producers of Housing Development Programme on AIT, NTA & Housing Time on Raypower as a mark of recognition and encouragement to the company for its immense contributions to housing development and the built environment in general.
 
Receiving the award from the Coordinator of Abuja Metropolitan Management Council, Umar Shuaibu, the Head of Admin and Public Relations Manager, Royal Engineered Stones Ltd, Alh. Bello Abdulrahman hailed the organizers of the Nigerian Housing Awards for such laudable initiative. Abdulrahman described the NHA as a source of verve in Nigeria’s building and construction industry which promotes healthy competition geared at inspiring excellence and innovativeness in solving housing challenges and making huge contribution to better the housing sector.
 
According to the Chief Executive Officer, Fesadeb Communications Ltd, organiser, Mr. Festus Adebayo, the Nigerian Housing Awards, NHA seeks to recognize and celebrate, recognize, and encourage outstanding government officials, corporate bodies  and individuals in the Nigerian housing economy. Adebayo stressed that the NHA followed due diligence in all phases of the project from search for companies, brands, institutions that met the criteria and individuals who have contributed to housing positively, to the screening, nomination and voting process culminating into the award night.
