Smile360 clinches dental service provider award

To contribute to the growth of the country’s healthcare sector, Smile360 Dental Specialists has won the 2017 Dental Service Provider of the Nigerian Healthcare Excellence Award (NHEA) for the third time.

The dental clinic, which won the 2015 and 2016 editions of the award, was declared the winner at this year’s edition of the NHEA award ceremony at the Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.

It recently launch into a newer dental facility in Ikoyi with an online live chat on their website to interact with people on health issues.

Receiving the award, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Smile360, Dr. Amy Shumbusho, commended the organisers for creating the award and recognising the importance of dentistry in the health sector.

She thanked her patients for their trust and stressed that the award was for everyone who was nominated, saying it was through their efforts that Smile360 has continue to improve.

Other winners at the event include JNCI (Hospital Equipment Company of the Year); Lagoon Hospitals (Private Healthcare Provider of the Year); Medplus Limited (Pharmaceutical Company of the Year); Pathcare Laboratories (The Private Laboratory Service Provider of The Year) and Health Maintenance Organisation of The Year, which went to Total Health Trust Limited.

The NHEA is a Global Health Project and Resources initiative in partnership with Anadach group. The award is designed to celebrate the best individuals and organisations that have contributed to the improvement of the healthcare sector.
