Justice League screens two days to global cinema release
Movie fans, celebrities and journalists were treated to an M-Net Movies Night Out with the exclusive pre-screening of the highly anticipated superhero flick, Justice League, which comes before the blockbuster movie hits cinemas worldwide this week.
General Manager, Marketing for MultiChoice Nigeria, Mr. Martin Mabutho said, “MultiChoice remains the leading provider of entertainment in Nigeria and our M-Net channels remain the only option for lovers of blockbuster movie titles and exclusive drama series. It is in line with this that for the first time in Nigeria, we are pre-screening one of the world’s most anticipated titles, days before it hits cinemas worldwide.”
Justice League follows the events of the 2016 blockbuster, Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice. Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater threat. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to recruit a team to stand against this newly awakened enemy. Despite the formation of an unprecedented league of heroes – Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and the Flash – it may be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
Regional Director, M-Net West Africa, Wangi Mba-Uzoukwu also said, “Without a doubt, movie lovers across the continent recognize that the M-Net channels are synonymous with the best local and international entertainment content. For the first time, lovers and fans of big budget comic book adaptations can enjoy a blockbuster movie in Nigeria days before the movie hits cinemas globally.
This exclusive pre-screening not only puts Nigeria once again on the global map of blockbuster movie appreciation, but also reinforces MultiChoice’s position as the undisputed leader of all things entertainment.”Justice League premieres in cinemas from Friday, November 17, 2017.
