The airline won gold for its exclusive Italian designer Giorgio Armani Fragrances and Beauty First Class Male amenity kit and the Business Class Middle East amenity kit.

Qatar Airways, which remains one of the select few carriers with a Skytrax five-star ranking for service excellence was the only airline to receive two Gold Awards at the event, emphasizing the airline’s high quality service among several world-class airlines.

The event, at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Hamburg, Germany, took place during last week’s Aircraft Interiors Expo, which has firmly established itself as the leading event in the industry for showcasing the latest in aircraft interior design and products, and is now in its fifth year.

The Gold Awards were accepted by Rossen Dimitrov, Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Qatar Airways, who said: “We are very proud that the jury has gold-certified two of our premium kits.

This underlines our commitment to providing our passengers with the very best in order to make their individual journeys as pleasant as possible.” Every element of the airline’s award-winning Giorgio Armani Fragrances & Beauty amenity kit has been given a signature touch.
