Determined to serve it customers in the insurance sector, Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc, has concluded plans to create portal for insurance brokers that would boost their productivity across the country.


The managing Director/ CEO Mr. Segun Omosehin, revealed this at a get together dinner organiseed for its brokers that the portal which will commence soon will enable its partners to login and transact all forms of life and general insurance business without necessarily coming to the office.
Omosehin, noted that the portal is aimed at ensuring better service delivery to its customers and their partners.


He said that moving forward in 2018, the company will be relaying more on technology to assist them in delivery better services to to customers.
Speaking further on the dinner, the Mutual Benefits boss noted that the excess of the gathering was to celebrate the brokers for their support in 2016, adding that the brokers has contributed immensely to the growth of the company and the industry as a whole.
“We could not have been able to achieve this alone if not for your support.

We started small but today we have both life and general insurance licenses. We have subsidiaries and branches outside Nigeria. We are here to appreciate you for your support.”


He added that the company would commence the process of RBS in 2018, adding that the whole excess is for you to be able to match your capital with the kind of risk that you take.
