Sidmach Technologies Nigeria Limited, famous indigenous software developer company- has unveiled a one-stop destination for total school management.

The Company partnered Microsoft Nigeria to launch the Smart Education, a perfect tool that ensures every aspect of school operation is properly managed.

The cloud-based is an infusion of Microsoft 365 Education, built for Schools in Nigeria.

The solution brings together Office 365, Windows 10, Intune for Education, Minecraft: Education Edition and Enterprise Mobility + Security, in a single cloud-based package.

The Microsoft “Windows in the Classroom” Event is about digital transformation in the education sector.

Speaking at the product launch in Abuja, recently, Mr Akintunde Opawole, Creative Marketing & Brand Communication Strategist, Sidmach said, “The Microsoft 365 Education is an opportunity for Schools in Nigeria to adopt technology as a tool for effective teaching and learning.

He further mentioned that the eCurriculum developed by Sidmach in partnership with Nigerian Educational Research and Development Council (NERDC) is also a tool/solution that has simplified the creation of lesson plan and syllabuses for both teachers and students respectively making them work smarter”‎.

On her part, Ms Jordan Belmonte, Education Programme Manager, Microsoft Nigeria, said that Microsoft provided easy and skilful modes of modern teaching.

“With mounting pressure on educational institutions to continually improve students’ achievement and prepare them with skills they will need when they enter the workforce, the aim of Microsoft 365 Education is to get schools up and running faster through simplified acquisition and deployment.
