In line with keeping marketing issues on the front burner, Advertisers’ Association of Nigeria (ADVAN) is set to bring together seasoned industry analysts and experts to discuss emerging issues facing the marketing industry in the country, with a conference slated for May 13, 2016.

President of ADVAN, David Okeme, said the event, which will host over 150 top marketing professionals, will feature panel discussions on priority information and marketing insights and emerging consumer engagement trends.

According to him, with the theme, ‘Connecting Brand Builders’ the conference is structured to collate, analyse and aggregate thoughts, ideas, knowledge and propositions that will place the relevance of marketing at the heart of strategic business discussions in Nigeria.
He disclosed that eminent speakers expected at the forum as lead speakers are Lampe Omoyele, MD of The Nielsen Company and Juliet Ehimuan Chiazor, Country Manager of Google Nigeria.

Expected to dissect the papers as discussants are: Joan Ihekwaba, GM- Marketing, UAC Foods Nigeria; Kola Oyeyemi, GM Business Development Sales and Distribution Division, MTN Nigeria, Kachi Onubogu, Commercial Director, Promasidor Ltd; Ken Onyeali Ikpe, MD/CEO of Mediacom Nigeria; Richard Iwenoge GM -Consumer Marketing, MTN Nigeria; Tony Agenmonmen, Vice President of NIMN; Fatai Odesile, Acting Managing Director of Grand Oak Limited and Obinna Anyalebechi, Consumer Marketing, Guinness Nigeria Plc.
