12 roll up sleeves for Cowbellpedia final battle

Preparations have heightened at the ongoing 2016 Cowbellpedia Secondary Schools Mathematics TV Quiz show, as 12 finalists have emerged for the final battle.

Eight of the finalists are females and the remaining four, males. They will next week size themselves up with a view to determining the ultimate champion, who will cart home the N1m cash prize, and an all-expense paid educational trip abroad.

At the end of the third semi-final last weekend, Juliet Ekoko and Oreofe Daniels, both of The Ambassadors College, Ota, Ogun State, completed the list of the six finalists in the junior category. Others are Oluwatunmise Idowu of Scholars Universal College, Ota, Ogun State; Dennis Balogun of Greater Tomorrow International College, Akure, Ondo State, Oluwafunmbi Fakorede of Bibo Oluwa Academy, Ilesa, Osun State, and Glory Okoli of The Ambassadors College, Ota, Ogun State.

In the senior category, Adegoke Aromolaran of Bibo Oluwa Academy, Ilesa, Osun State and Ademola Fatoke of Ota Total Academy, Ota, Ogun State, picked the final tickets. Others are Blessing Udoh of The Ambassadors College, Ota, Ogun State; Hasanah Adeyanju of Ota Total Academy, Ota, Ogun State; Taiwo Adeyemi of The Ambassadors College, Ota, Ogun State, and Ayooluwa Oguntade of The Ambassadors College, Ota, Ogun State.

Meanwhile, teachers from the qualified schools have in their respective remarks expressed optimism that their candidates will clinch the ultimate prize.
