Nawair-Ud-Deen, Solu Shines at ANCOPSS Literary Festival

Nawair-Ud-Deen Grammar School, Solu, Ifo, Ogun State has emerged winners in the miming and expression category at the Grand Finale of the 2018 Ifo ANCOPSS Literary Festival, held at Agbado District Comprehensive High School, Agbado.

Nawair-Ud-Deen Grammar School, Solu, Ifo, Ogun State has emerged winners in the miming and expression category at the Grand Finale of the 2018 Ifo ANCOPSS Literary Festival, held at Agbado District Comprehensive High School, Agbado.

The festival was organised for all the public secondary schools in Ifo Local Government Area.The event also featured quiz, debate, poem recitation in both English and Yoruba languages, miming and expression as well as dictionary drill, among others.

The most interesting moment came, when it took a long time to determine the winner in miming and expression between Nawair-Ud-Deen Grammar School, Solu-Ifo and Okepata Community High School, Ososun-Ifo. Nawair-Ud-Deen Grammar School eventually won the first position.Many other attractions like cultural dance and miming to the beat made the programme a very colorful one.
