HNWOTY 2017 holds December 10

Organisers Reveal Hosts, Performers
HER Network will host outstanding women in diverse sectors to a glamorous evening of recognition and celebration at the inaugural Her Network Woman of The Year (HNWOTY) Awards on Sunday, 10th December 2017.

The Official Nominees, who are potentials to be crowned the Woman of the Year in their respective categories, were announced to the public via an Instagram and Facebook Live Event on Wednesday, November 8, 2017. Preparations for the event are in motion as the HNWOTY hosts have just been revealed for the event proper.

Media Consultant, Ariyike Akinbobola and Travel/Media Entrepreneur, Shade Ladipo will be hosting this event. Their personalities are a perfect fusion as Ariyike’s panache and Shade’s spontaneity will result in a fun, empowering and collaborative evening. They will be leading a group of outstanding women who will be presenting the winners of the night with the HNWOTY plaque.

A keynote speech on “Building a Legacy From the Ground Up” will be delivered by Retail Specialist, Mrs. Wunmi Williams, CEO of the Nakenohs BLVD, whose business evolved from selling accessories from her backyard to building a lifestyle mall in the heart of Ikoyi. Godwin Strings, a talent who is focused on redefining music with the sweet chords of a violin, will also be serenading a room full of beauty and power.

All seats can be secured for this event before December 10, as it is open to guests. The event, which will be produced by Witty Liz Events, aims to redefine the way women celebrate one another and themselves.
