Open was a three part performance series: a meditation on surrender through poetry and music that took place across three venues in Lagos on the 25th of June and the 16th and 30th of July. The finale which was an all white event revealed the artist, Titilope Sonuga who spoke words of life to the audience as the series came to a close in the heart of Lagos Island.x

She was accompanied by a live band, Ayodele David, Dozie, Afolabi Adekoima and Obinna Nwere, the Perfect 4th String Quartet, and Afro Jazz Guitarist, Femi Leye. The lineup also inluded music by Deborah Ohiri, Naomi Mac (Nigeria Idol), Vicki Gomoti (The Voice Nigeria), Lolade Ovueraye, Omolara, Falana and to stirring spoken word performances by Efe Paul Azino and Wana Udobang.
