Kanye West Buys $14 Million Wyoming Ranch
American rapper and entrepreneur Kanye West just reportedly bought a massive property called Monster Lake in Cody, Wyoming.
According to TMZ, the ranch is worth $14 million (N5,075,000,000).
The ranch has 8 lodging units and is known for “monster trout” fishing. It has 2 freshwater lakes, a restaurant, an event centre and meeting facilities. The property is more than 9,000 acres. He now owns 4,500 of those acres, and the rest is leased from the federal government.
Earlier in the week, Kanye West was tooling around his new property on an ATV.
According to reports, West is currently at the ranch finishing up his new album, “Jesus Is King”, which has a heavy religious theme. Seven days ago, West’s wife Kim Kardashian shared an image of a notebook on the album with a 12-track listing, complete with a title and release date.
West’s GOOD Music label president and rapper, Pusha T is also reported to be at the ranch with him. The duo was at the ranch in 2018 when they worked on West’s eighth studio album, “Ye”.
West is among the most critically acclaimed musicians of the 21st century and one of the best-selling music artists of all time with over 140 million records sold worldwide. He has won a total of 21 Grammy Awards, making him one of the most awarded artists of all time and the most Grammy-awarded artist of his generation.
