Ed Sheeran has been immersed in another lawsuit. This time, it is for copying Marvin Gaye’s Classic Let’s Get It On. According to celebrity news platform TMZ, the $100 million lawsuit slammed by a company Structured Asset Sales claims that Ed Sheeran blatantly copied… wait for it… the melody, rhythms, harmonies, drums, bassline, tempo, looping and syncopation.…

Ed Sheeran has been immersed in another lawsuit. This time, it is for copying Marvin Gaye’s Classic Let’s Get It On.

According to celebrity news platform TMZ, the $100 million lawsuit slammed by a company Structured Asset Sales claims that Ed Sheeran blatantly copied… wait for it… the melody, rhythms, harmonies, drums, bassline, tempo, looping and syncopation.

Before you ask what is their interest, the company had bought 1/3 of the copyrights to Marvin Gaye’s song which was written by the singer and Edward Townsend who sold the copyright to them.
