Will Smith Makes A Rap Comeback With New Video
13 years after the release of his last album, Will Smith has premiered new music with a surprise video of him rapping in a studio.
He shared the video on Instagram and revealed that he is getting back in the studio and this is just a warm-up.
The 49-year-old’s style has changed, unlike he did in the 90s and early 2000s, and he dropped multiple curse words over the course of the three-minute clip.
In the track, he slams reports that he and his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, are getting divorced, rapping, “Stop the divorce rumours and mind your damn business.”
Earlier on, on 22 May, it was confirmed that the Fresh Prince will be performing the official 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia song alongside American singer Nicky Jam and Kosovo singer Era Istrefi.
This track, ahead of the song’s release, is just a reminder of who Will Smith is.
