Fashion Editorial: The Afro-Modern Man
The Afro-modern man is one to relate with in today’s society. He refuses to be restrained and restricted by the norms of society, but rather chooses to show that he can be exactly what you want and more. He is not necessarily a rebellious man but one with strong will and drive just like every other man.
Being a hair lover, I’ve always disliked the fact that societal norms have restricted men from growing their hair beyond a certain “acceptable” length. The common misconception is that there is no way to maintain long hair without looking scruffy. The idea behind this editorial is to shatter such narrow-minded opinions about men who dare to grow their hair out. They indeed can grow out their hair and lead responsible, clean lives.
The focus of this editorial is a man with dreadlocks [could be faux locs.]
