Lynxxx Releases Surprising New Single ‘Serve You’

So, Lynxxx is back. I guess some would say this is good news, considering that the ‘Change Your Parade’ singer just stopped putting out music.

About a month ago,  Lynxxx cause quite astir online when he posted his thoughts concerning sex and religion on instagram.

Lets be real… What is a soulmate if he doesnt care about ur soul? What is a soulmate if she constantly leads u to sin? A soulmate should nurture and encourage growth, personal / Spiritual development and be willing to sacrifice at all times while you both walk in purpose. There's a fine distinct line between casually dating someone and finding a soulmate. You cant be a soulmate and focus on the body. We all need to look within and realize what situations we are surrounded by and do the needful. Needless to say, The internet was up in arms about Lynxxx’s sudden change up. Of course, as internet peole tend to do, they completely disregarded the fact that this was one man’s opinion. People began to ask if Lynxxx had abandoned his music career to become a pastor. If we’re being honest, the concerns were quite legitimate considering the artiste’s instagram feed started featuring more “spiritual” quotes and captions.

And now, all, or at least most of, our questions have been answered with the release of this new sngle. When the singer/rapper posted a picture from his studio session yesterday and said we weren’t ready, I’m willing to bet a signifficant number of us had no idea how serious he was. Lynxxx’s new track ‘Serve You’ isn’t only a surprise because it’s a gospel song, but also because it’s actually not bad.

I’ll admit that I was already having a laughing fit when I saw he had released a gospel song. Like, how does someone go from having half-naked women in his video to gospel music? But I listened with an open mind and found that I quite enjoyed it. It’s a mellow song, mostly just talking about how he found Jesus and thanking God for how far he has come.

It may be safe to assume that all the social media inspiration flowing from Lynxxx were leading up to this. However, one can never be too sure with artistes of today. Best to just watch and listen and see where all this ends.
