The Wait Is Over! The New iPhones Are Here
With major excitement, we celebrate the long awaited launch of the new iPhone 8 models, which debuts today, September 12. While most people await the arrival of iPhone 8 models, the 10th anniversary should also unveil the pricey $1000 “iPhone X”, with the top features. The event should include the unveiling of iPhone X, iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus, it is said to be the first of its kind with mind blowing new features, one being wireless charging technology.
If you are a big fan of the Apple brand, here is what to expect from the new iPhone 8. Firstly, there would be an updated software, the iOS11. There will also be minor upgrades in comparison to the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus series.
Release date
The new iPhone 8 will debut on September 12 at an event at its new Apple Park headquarters at 10 am Pacific time (6 pm Nigerian time). Pre-orders for the new iPhone will be available online on Friday the September 15th on the official website and in stores (outside Nigeria) September 22th to 23rd.

Price
The iPhone X is going to be the most expensive phone of the year as the estimates suggest it could retail for at least N359,500 ($1000) and could rise close to (or even beyond) N467,350 ($1300) including tax. The 8 and 8 Plus models should be available at cheaper prices closer to the iPhone 7 and 7 plus, ranging between N285,046 ($795 ) and N342,163 ($954)
