Will Smith Talks Potential Revival Of “Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air”
Fans of the classic Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air have been excited about the prospects of the revival for quite some time and although it’s not coming anytime soon, it’s in the works.
Reports have confirmed that it’s in the early stages of development under Will Smith’s production company Overbrook Entertainment.
Will Smith joked recently on the Graham Norton show that he’d have to play Uncle Phil. He also recently confessed via Entertainment Tonight that he has a hard time watching old episodes of Fresh Prince.
“It was my very first role, and I was very, very focused on being successful, so I learned the whole script and everyone else’s lines. If you watch the first four or five episodes, you can see I’m mouthing other people’s lines. It’s terrible and I can’t bear to watch it.”
Will Smith also appeared at a reunion with fellow cast mates of the show recently but he explained on the Norton show that it was for an annual luncheon they usually attend.
