Justice Adeniyi Ademola, his wife, Olabowale Ademola and lawyer, Joe Agi, have been acquitted of the I8-count criminal charges brought against them by the Federal Government before a Federal Capital Territory High Court, Maitama, Abuja.

The presiding judge, Justice Jude Okeke, in his judgement described the charges as highly speculative and lacking in merit and substance.

The judge held that the prosecution had failed to prove a prima facie case against the defendants.
