The Chairman, Central Working Committee of Reinhard Bonnke’s Christ For All Nation Crusade (CFAN), Reverend Lawrence Ekwok, has declared that the forthcoming Calabar crusade would transform the country.

Ekwok stated this in Calabar while addressing newsmen on modalities put in place to make the event scheduled for February 15-18, at the Cross River University of Technology (CRUTECH) hitch free.

He said the event would be the first in Calabar to be presided by Daniel Kolenda, Bonnke’s successor.Ekwok, who is also the Chairman of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), said Nigeria is waiting for Calabar to signal the way it should go.

He said: “This is the third time the Bonnke Crusade is holding in Calabar, the capital of Cross River State. We never lobbied for the crusade to be held here. This is something that came through divine providence.

“To our knowledge there has never been any other state in the world that CFAN has had six crusades. We, therefore, consider Cross River as unique and special in the calendar of God.“The gospel came to Nigeria through Calabar. No one can help the country except God. No politician has the solution to our problem except the almighty God.”
