Niger PDP candidates get certificates of return

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Niger State has presented certificates of return to all 41 candidates that won its primary elections to contest the 2019 polls.

They comprise the governorship standard-bearer, Umar Nasko, 27 state House of Assembly aspirants, 10 House of Representatives candidates and three senatorial contestants.

State Chairman of the party, Tanko Beji, charged the candidates fill all the necessary forms provided by the Independent National Electoral Commissio (INEC).

Beji said the party’s presidential candidate, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and his running mate, Peter Obi, had already collected the INEC forms.
