Another accident hits Otedola bridge

As Lagosians were trying to get over the Thursday’s fatal tanker fire accident on Otedola Bridge, another automobile accident occurred on the same bridge on Friday morning.

The incident involved a  commercial bus, popularly called danfo, and another bus.

Two people were feared dead while several others were injured.

The Rapid Response Squad said the accident occurred as a result of the recklessness of the Danfo driver who drove against traffic.

“Reckless Danfo driver speeding on 1 way had an head -on collision with Toyhead-one bus entering Lagos opposite scene of yesterday’s tanker fire. The buses have been moved from obstruction while wounded passengers hospitalised,” RRS said.
