NIMET forecasts haze conditions for Nigerian states

THE Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) has predicted that dust haze conditions are expected in central states with local visibility range of three to five kilometres on Monday. THE Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) has predicted that dust haze conditions are expected in central states with local visibility range of three to five kilometres on Monday.

This is contained in Weather Outlook issued by NiMet’s Central Forecast Office on Sunday in Abuja.

NiMet also predicted that the southern coastal areas would experience misty conditions in the morning, dust haze conditions in the afternoon with visibility range of two to five kilometres.

It predicted that the inland areas would experience misty conditions in the morning, dust haze in the afternoon with visibility range of two to five kilometres during the forecast period.

NiMet also predicted that the northern states would experience dust haze conditions with local visibility range of two to five kilometres. (NAN)
