US billionaire Warren Buffett challenged Donald Trump Monday to release his tax returns, a feat which the Republican presidential candidate has so far resisted.

Trump has said he won’t release the documents because he is under audit, which Buffett — one of the world’s richest men — suggested is a weak excuse.

“Now I’ve got news for him, I’m under audit too,” Buffett said, speaking at a Hillary Clinton rally in Nebraska. “You’re only afraid if you got something to be afraid about.”

“He’s afraid because of you,” Buffett told the attendees.

Buffett suggested he and Trump meet “any place, any time” before election day to publicly go over their tax records together.

The business magnate also sharply criticized Trump for a recent dispute with the parents of a slain Muslim American soldier.

Pakistani immigrant Khizr Khan galvanized the Democratic National Convention with a tribute to his dead son in which he rebuked the Republican nominee for having “sacrificed nothing” for the country.

In an interview aired on ABC Sunday, Trump insisted he had, in fact, made “a lot of sacrifices” for the United States.

Buffett declared otherwise: “Donald Trump and I haven’t sacrificed anything,” he said, referencing Trump’s remark.

“How in the world can you stand up to a couple of parents who have lost a son and talk about sacrificing because you were building a bunch of buildings?”

Buffett is one of several extremely wealthy Americans to back Clinton for president, including billionaire and independent former mayor of New York Michael Bloomberg and Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban.

This is quite horrible. Buffet, you don’t speak on behalf of another man especially when you lack the premonition of the content of sacrifice the claimant is really talking about. He must have sacrificed one thing or another at different times. It is not a must that you have to fight in the military or lose you son or member of your family for any sacrifice to be qualitative. No matter the dimension and scope of coverage, sacrifice will always retain its weight and importance in the mind of one that offered the sacrifice.

Dear Dr. Jegede, I honestly disagree with you. In the U.S. and all over the world, the ultimate sacrifice anyone can make is their life. Wareen Buffet is quite right, neither he nor Donald Trump has sacrifice ANYTHING compared to what the Khizr Khan and his family has sacrifice.
Please whatever the weight or measure of your argument, please let it remain in your closet and dungeon.
      Thanks

This is absolutely correct. Dr Jegede, the context here is about the greatest sacrifice and not the facial sacrifice that you might have given while driving from your house to your spouse’s house before you got married. The show of this sacrifice earned Biblical Abraham a true friend of God, and our Lord Jesus did same to earn him the status of beloved Son and sacrificial lamb for our sins. Have you sacrificed your life for a cause before? Then you will understand what it means about the greatest sacrifice. This is what WB alluded to that himself and Donald Trump had not done yet in any way.

Lets even assume for the sake of argument that there could be other forms of sacrifice, Trump should come out loud and state the sacrifice he has made. We are all aware of Bill Gates unceasing love for humanity, especially his contributions to Africa and fight against polio. Where is Donald Trump?

Dear name sake, true sacrifice may not really reside in the death of a fellow being but what that death confers on so many others already dying. The family you quote only sacrifice a son whose sacrifice may not count in eternity. The only one with true sacrifice is the one which giveth lifeline to those within the verge of dying. More importantly is the fact that you don’t use abusive language in any discursive exercise, this we have learnt from the cradle as debaters across the various levels of our schooling and religious activities. A single word may displace your character and your true self.

Trump has swallowed more than a mouthful! Some people have innuendoed that it is a conspiracy of sort crafted between Hilary and Trump that is fast coming to reality!
