We must avoid Boko Haram mistake, says Masari

Governor of Katsina state, Bello Masari has warned that the Federal Government and other stakeholders must be careful in dealing with security threats resulting from the various agitations in parts of the country in order to avoid the mistakes in handling the Boko Haram crisis in the North East.

Masari was among other Muslim faithful who joined President Buhari to pray at the Aso Rock mosque during Juma’at in the presidential villa, Abuja yesterday.

He warned that it was important for government to urgently deal with the emerging situation promptly before it degenerates into the scenario akin to the crisis caused by the Boko Haram insurgency in the North East.

He explained that the Kastina state government has put adequate measures to ensure that the safety of Nigerians living in the state was guaranteed.
