Primewater proposes ‘The Views’ Estate in Lekki

FRESH attempts at rejuvenating the sleepy real estate development sector has begun in Lagos, where a private developer is unfolding a residential scheme in the Lekki corridor that would house almost 750 families.

   The development christened  ‘The Views’ Estate and promoted by an indigenous developer, Messrs PrimewaterView Limited is expected to reduce the wide margin of the nation’s housing stock. The estate, located in the highbrow of Lekki, Lagos, is sandwiched amongst the Northern Foreshore Estate, the Friends’ Colony, the Pinnock Beach Estate, the Femi Okunnu Estates and the Milverton Estate.

  The Views Estate, which boosts of 744 housing units occupying a total land area of 56,670sqm, was fully conceptualized with access roads and security. The community features a total of 744 apartments. The estate was carefully planned with primary goal of providing environment that will foster healthy relationships amongst neighbors and enhance healthy and safe living for families. 

    The estate has four prototypes, including “A”, dubbed as L shape, B, tagged H-Shape, C, and D.  While the first consists of 144 units of 3-bedroom apartments, B has 514 of 3-bedrooms en-suite, including maid’s room. Type C showcases 72 units of 4 -bedroom apartment, also en-suite, including an en-suite maid’s room and category D, has 14 units of 5-bedroom semi-detached (all bedrooms en-suite), including maid’s room. The project is to be completed late 2015.

  Some of the features and amenities that add taste and class to the residential project are its serenity of the environment, spacious modern room and toilets, good architectural design, 2-unit mini-shopping malls (to house Estate Management, Offices, Supermarkets) two elevators in each block 24 hours electricity, water and security. The estate also prides itself in some recreational facilities like swimming pools, lawn tennis court and gymnasium. Other amenities are fitted kitchen, borehole and water treatment plant, solar street light and paved road network. 

  According to the developer, the estate was carefully planned with the primary goal of providing a secure, clean and serene living environment that would foster healthy relationships amongst neighbors and enhance healthy as well as safe living for families.

  Primewater says, The View will boast of beautiful state-of-the art finishing and in line with its desire, a number of the apartments would be tastefully furnished so the home owners will only be required to move in with their personal belongings.

  To ensure timely delivery, the developer says it has engaged in strategic partnership with specialized construction company with the use of mechanized system of construction. Within 24 months, the project would be delivered, Primewater said. 

The estate will boast of beautiful state of the art finishing, and in line with its desires a number of the apartments would be tastefully furnished so the home owners will only be required to move in with their personal belongings.

Primewaterview is a property development company that is presently rated among the first five indigenous property development companies in Nigeria.

  Its foray into luxury apartments dates back to 2006 when it developed a block of 19units of 3 bedroom flats and semi detached houses for Exxon Mobil Staff Cooperative society within 12 months at Oniru Estate in Victoria Island Extension.
