Engineers hold leadership training

Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Victoria Island branch in conjunction with T&R Energy Consultants Limited and Simply Exponential Consult Limited will on Wednesday July 18, 2018 in Lagos.

The one – day leadership workshop tagged “strategic leadership as a tool for business stability and career development’, is to enable engineers; other professionals and business owners learn unpublished practical lessons from seasoned practitioners.

According to the Managing Consultant of Simply Exponential Consult Limited, Mrs. Fayo Williams, who jointly initiated the Leadership Toolkit Series in March, 2018, “ there is a need to train women to be effective leaders and break the glass ceiling thereby moving up the career ladder, 21st century leaders in general should be equipped with strategic leadership skills in order to be placed in positions where they can lead their organizations innovatively and achieve better results”.

Also, Oil and Gas Consultant at T&R Energy, Prisca Kanebi, said participants will be equipped with tools on the imperatives of compliance, mentorship and creative leadership.Former Managing Director and Chairman of Nestle Foods Plc, Dr. Olusegun Osunkeye, will at the key note speaker at the event.
