Towards bridging the knowledge gap between stakeholders in the real estate sector and majority of Nigerians, a firm – Kigam Business Services Limited, has created a property radio programme.

The programme – Property Square Radio Show, which will be aired in Lagos and Benin, seeks to transform the real estate radio broadcasting.

Executive producer and main anchor of the programme, Mr. Ambrose Igboke, said the show is unique because it is not confined to construction alone but embraces the wide range of the entire value chain of professionals that constitute the real estate sector.

Igboke also disclosed that the show, a 30-minute programme is divided into four major segments, each, dealing with issues on safety, security and legal constituents of the sector as well as an interview segment which features the critical stakeholders in real estate. An expert will handle each segment of the programme.

According to him, Property Square is positioned to be the number one real estate programme on radio due to its versatility; where everything real estate is discussed and has been endorsed by leading institutes and associations in the real estate sector.

He urged manufacturers and dealers of building materials, developers, inventors and service providers in the real estate sector to take advantage of Property Square and participate actively to engage Nigerians through the programme.
