Firm opens e-portal, targets 2,000 property

An indigenous real estate firm, ALM Build Art Limited, has launched its e-commerce platform, targeted at satisfying property acquisition needs of the governments and its citizens in the South-east and South-south geo – political zones of the country.

Speaking at the launching in Imo State, the Managing Director of the firm, Obinna Onwunali, said the innovation was put in place, primarily for sale and rental services.

He said that no fewer than 264 properties in the Irete community, in Owerri West and environs, were available for sale and rent, urging the developers to embrace it.

Onwunali added that the portal was available for anyone to access at, adding that out of five years of the company’s existence, the portal was opened about two months ago.

According to him, the portal platform witnesses about 3,000 visitors on daily basis. “This is solution for property problem. You just stay at the comfort of your house and check about property of your choice. You don’t need to call anybody.”

He said the company was working with the governments in the two zones and private developers.

The Chairman of Imo Lands and Lands, Chief Basil Ogbunga, said the company was visible and reliable in the business of real and property acquisition, sale, rent and marketing, adding that the Imo State Government is ready to partner with them.
