Billionaire businessman and politician, Chief Ayirimi Emami, was one of the top dignitaries that honoured Otunba Gani Adams’ coronation ceremony as Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yorubaland in Oyo, Oyo State last Saturday. 

The Ologbotsere (traditional prime minister) of Warri, who quietly sat and looked on as the event unfolded, spent quality time before taking his leave.

Though many were surprised to see the likes of Emami and former governor of Delta State, Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan at the event, it is a known fact that Adams cuts his friendship across the country.

Also in attendant was Oyo State Governor Abiola Ajimobi; Deputy Governor of Ondo State, Mr. Agboola Ajayi, who represented Governor Rotimi Akeredolu; Speaker of Ogun State House of Assembly, Suraj Adekunbi, representing Governor Ibikunle Amosun; Lagos State Commissioner for Information, Mr. Kehinde Bamigbetan, representing Governor Akinwunmi Ambode; and Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Alhaji Moshood Adeoti, representing Governor Rauf Aregbesola; former governors of Oyo, Otunba Adebayo Alao-Akala, and Ondo, Dr. Olusegun Mimiko; Senator Monsura Sumonu, representing Oyo Central senatorial district; Chief Niyi Akintola (SAN); Chief Ayo Adebanjo; Mr. Yinka Odumakin and Chief Yemi Elebunbo, among others.
