Daisy DanjumaThe Nigerian Law School has just completed the remodeling and modernisation of its 40-year-old Sir Adetokunbo Ademola Hall, courtesy of Senator Daisy Danjuma’s South Atlantic Petroleum (SAPETRO), which solely provided for the refurbishment of the hall.

Executive Vice Chairman of the Petroleum firm, Senator Daisy Danjuma, was said to have pledged during the 50th Anniversary celebration of the Council of Legal Education event at the Nigerian Law School in 2013 that the company would generously sponsor the remodeling of the dining hall as part of its corporate social responsibility and less than two years later, the project has come to fruition.

Speaking on the dining hall, Mrs. Toun Oni-Adebiyi, Deputy Director General and Head of Campus at the Nigerian Law School said: “It is with great pleasure that we present our brand new dining hall to the Nigerian community and most importantly, our students. In keeping in line with the Law School’s standards of excellence, we felt it was high time to modernise the dining hall.

We thank SAPETRO for their kind contribution to our institution and we are sure that the students will benefit from the remodel as it has been excellently completed.”

The refurbished dinning hall was officially commissioned last Sunday, July 19 by Professor Yemi Osinbajo, the Vice President of the Federal Reublic of Nigeria. The commissioning was a huge success as many from ar and near stormed the school to witness the new architectural masterpiece adorning the dinning hall.
