Trials and triumphs of Tope Akinola

Despite not being born into affluence, Tope Akinola was determined to achieve his goals, rising from grass to grace.

Tope is described as a fighter, a survivor, a winner and someone who never allowed the circumstances of birth prevent him from achieving his destiny.

During hard times, people tend to think it is the end of the world. They lose hope and start asking God why he created them. During these times, people tend to forget that every problem has a solution.

But even at a tender age, Tope was involved in several odd jobs. He was more popular as a newspaper vendor on the streets of Akure in Ondo State to make ends meet, before gaining admission into the Lagos State University, Epe Campus, to study mechanical engineering.

He discovered a unique business opportunity model in his fourth year in the university, a model that allowed him to express his entrepreneurial spirit to the fullest.

Just a little over a decade later, he has risen to enviable heights in the network marketing industry and is currently a Diamond Manager and the youngest Diamond in Africa. 

A philanthropist, motivational teacher, mentor, leader and a greatly humbled person, Tope has been bestowed with many prestigious awards by local and international organisations, including students’ bodies and the Nigeria Army, for his work with the youth at different levels.
