Buzzing pop act and waving making Woju singer, Kiss Daniel, who has exploded into the Nigerian music scene recently said that the song was not going to be successful by naysayers, who had told him, “Ko le blow…the song no go blow.”

He made this known at One Mic Naija February edition, saying that the opinion was the worst thing he has heard so far in his career. The singer has been the breakout act for the year 2015 so far.

Though released on September 3, 2014, Woju is currently one of the hottest hits on the Nigerian airwave now. The remix of the hit single is set to feature Davido and Tiwa Savage, Kiss Daniel said.

Speaking on his fast rise, the young pop act said he never expected it. “The thing is I have always believed in God and God said I am going to be big but I never knew it was going to be this fast,” he said.

He was one of the headline acts during a recent industry night that held on Wednesday, February 18, at Spice Route, Victoria Island, Lagos. He stole the show with his hit single Woju, which got everyone doing the Shoki dance.
