When Senator Teslim Folarin was spotted

His lifestyle changed a little bit when he was unable to win the Oyo State governorship in the last general elections.

Folarin quickly gave social scene a wide berth in order to get himself together and recover from the loss.

Prior to the election, the Aare Egbe Omo Olubadan of Ibadan land was a permanent fixture in the social and political scene. Good looking and athletic built, he understands the lingo of social life and was quite popular for his go-go life.

Though many believed his loss to Governor Abiola Ajimobi has really tempered him and he no longer hangs out with his celebrity friends as much as he used to, but Folarin proved cynics wrong when he stormed Senator Victor Ndoma Egba’s private 60th birthday bash in Abuja a few weeks ago.

The popular Ibadan-born politician, who was full of life, was seen rollicking with friends, such as Deputy Senate President Ike Ekweremadu, Senators Hope Uzodinma, Tunde Ogbeha and Bassey Ewa-Henshaw, among other senators.

His visage at the party confirmed that he has put behind the loss and moved on with his life.
