As part of its strategy to secure a fair share on the youth market, Access Bank Plc recently launched an innovative social interaction platform known as Accelerate TV. The platform, which is targeted at young adults, has an array of creative content ranging from information and entertainment articles to punchy videos, fashion trends and real time reportage of world’s latest trends.

Describing the platform as new, exciting and the most interactive platform for young people, the bank’s Head, Inclusive Banking, Ope Wemi Jones said, “exciting premium services are available to youths, who visit the platform and also to Solo Account holders. These services include discount on movie tickets and clothing, VIP access to some of the hottest events in Nigeria, internships, scholarships and other personal development opportunities.”

In just a few months since launch, Accelerate TV has become one of the leading youth-focused online platforms, as it consistently provides fresh, inspiring and exciting programming, with shows such as The Shade Corner, King Women, Day Pass and others quickly becoming fan favourites on Youtube and social.

Barely two months after announcing a partnership with filmmaker Kemi Adetiba on highly successful inspirational web series, King Women, Accelerate TV has brought back award-winning radio girl, Toolz Oniru-Demuren to the screen in a new lifestyle show called Wrap Up.

The show, which went live on Wednesday, May 31, focuses on discussions around interesting, topical and controversial issues in society, pop culture, relationships, sex, fashion, and more. Toolz and her celebrity friends drive the discussions, while they’re having fun, playing drinking games and chatting with no holds barred. Each episode dissects the issues and delivers suggestions and opinions on different talking points while conveying messages targeted at young, hip and upwardly mobile Nigerians.

Beyond the crazy, fun and interesting conversations, Wrap Up also serves as a good place to watch your favorite celebrities let their hair down. Guests speak freely just as they would do off the camera, sharing never-before-heard stories about their own lives and that of others.

The first season of Wrap Up features a wide range of interesting personalities including Damilola Adegbite-Attoh, Do2tun, Idia Aisien, Juliet Ibrahim, Stephanie Coker, Ajebutter 22, Emma Nyra, VJ Adams, DJ Obi, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Lami Philips, Marcy Dolapo Oni and others.
