Alcohol, sex can ruin your career, NBB of C tells boxers at GOtv NextGen Search 3

The President of Nigerian Boxing Board of Control (NBB of C), Rafiu Ladipo has warned young boxers to stay away from alcohol and women for them to actualize their dream.

The President of Nigerian Boxing Board of Control (NBB of C), Rafiu Ladipo has warned young boxers to stay away from alcohol and women for them to actualize their dream.

Ladipo gave the charge in Ibadan, Oyo State capital during closing ceremony of GOtv Boxing NextGen Search, which saw a total of 23 young boxers adjudged as fit to join the professional ranks by coaches’ panel such as Joe Mensah, Obisia Nwakpa and Jerry Okorodudu.

Ladipo told the young boxers to seize the opportunity provided by GOtv to launch themselves into world boxing, but advised that they must be disciplined to achieve their dream.
