Meanwhile, based on the success of the 2017 May Madness organised by the Continental Basketball League (CBL) as part of the Lagos State at 50 celebrations, the CBL has announced the launch of its official online retail store, the first Pan African sports merchandise online store in the country.

The online store will provide fans in Africa and across the globe access to the official CBL merchandise on their computer, mobile and tablet devices with ease of payment and delivery.

Operated by Continental Sports and Entertainment Company, the store offers a wide range of premium quality CBL merchandise from six teams across the Continent, including the CBL official game balls, e-writing pads, t-shirts, wristbands, headbands, key rings, phone pouches and phone cases.

CBL’s chief executive officer, Ugo Udezue said the launch of the online store strengthens the efforts to extend the brand reach globally, adding that organization was also committed to bringing the CBL brand closer to the fans by providing them with the best quality products.
