It doesn’t come tougher than Enyimba when you are battling to escape relegation, but it is a task we can surmount, MFM’s star striker, Newman Musa, has said.

Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries Football Club of Lagos will meet Enyimba in a Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) Match Day 36 tie at the Yakubu Gown Stadium, Port Harcourt on Sunday.

Newman told mountaintopfc.com that he forsees a difficult game against the seven-time champions, but he believes the Olukoya Boys will claim their share of the maximum points at stake after 90 minutes on Sunday.

“We have a huge task against Enyimba this Sunday… it is a game we must win but it is not going to be easy for us.

“The win against Lobi Stars is a major boost for us as we go into the weekend match. Enyimba struggled in their last home game against Wikki Tourists. We need to build on our last game as we aim for the maximum points.

“A positive result in the match, which I believe is achievable, will keep us in the League irrespective of the outcome of other matches involving other relegation threatened teams,” the former Sunshine Stars striker told mountaintopfc.com.

The Olukoya Boys are 15th on the Nigerian top league table on 41 points from 33 NPFL matches.
