Enyimba to battle Nasarawa in Ibadan on October 2

FC Ifeanyi Ubah, Crown fight in Kaduna on Sept. 25

Nigerian champions, Enyimba of Aba, will continue their quest to reclaim the Federation Cup on October 2 when they battle with Nasarawa United at the Adamasingba Stadium, Ibadan.

It is a semifinal clash that will see the winner meeting either FC IfeanyiUbah United or Crown of Ogbomosho in the final.

FC IfeanyiUbah will battle with Crown in the second semifinal on September 25 in Kaduna for a chance to be part of the final slated for the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Lagos, later in the year.

The women’s semifinals will see Rivers Angels go up against Nasarawa Amazons at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu, while the Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri, will host the clash between Delta Queens and Bayelsa Queens. Both matches come up on September 21, 2016.

Nigerian league champions, Enyimba, won the title two years ago and are going for their third title in five years.

Akwa United won the title last year, but the Uyo team were knocked out in the early stage of this year’s competition.
