NWF names 90 for African fiesta

The list released by the Nigeria Wrestling Federation (NWF) yesterday segmented the athletes to adorn the nation’s colour into three divisions that include 30 cadets of 15 to 17 years, 30 juniors of 18 to 20 years and 30 senior wrestlers.
Seven-time African Champions, Blessing Oborodudu and Ifeoma Nwoye; Commonwealth Champions, Aminat Adeniyi and All Africa Games gold medalist and two-time African Champion, Mercy Genesis, are among the athletes and medals hopeful named for tournament.
Also included in the team is Commonwealth Games 2010 gold-medalist and three-time African Champion, Sinivie Boltic, who is also expected to make the nation proud.
