Chairman of Nigerian Football Supporters Club, Prince Vincent Okumagba has added another feather to his cap as he bagged a special recognition award from the University of Benin, Edo State.

Also honoured during the week was the President of Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Amaju Pinnick, who was equally recognized at a ceremony witnessed by sports enthusiasts, well-wishers and a score of student societies.

According to Baye Osagie Sylvester, the University of Benin Sports Public Relations Officer, the special awardees along with 10 others, were decorated with the university’s sports meritorious awards in recognition of their outstanding performances, commitment and projection of sports in the country and outside the shores of Nigeria.

Present at the ceremony were the Deputy Governor of Edo State, Philip Shaibu and the chairman of Senate Committee on Sports, Obinna Ogba, Prince Vincent Okumagba and various Nigerian personalities.
