Matthew 18:18 “Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.”

Every believer who is living right and in obedience to the word of God has the divine authority to bind, reject or cause to be forbidden whatsoever that inconveniences him and loose or allow to be done whatsoever he desires in life.

And through right prayers, whatever he binds or looses shall be established.

However, this authority derived from our Master Jesus Christ is not extended to unbelievers and sinners.

This is because they do not belong to the family of God. If you are living in sin, you are of the devil and must subject yourself to his rules and cannot rule him.

All you do as a sinner is in accordance with the rules of the government of Satan.

John 8:44, “Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do.

He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him.

When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.”

I want to let you know that devil is the father of sinners and liars, and if you remain under his slavery, he will not do any good thing for you. Of course, you know the works he came to do in the world are to steal, kill and destroy (Jn 10: 10a).

Whatever a man has is what he offers. The properties in the custody of the devil are nothing but wickedness and that is what he gives to anybody that comes under his banner.

If you remain a slave to him, he will indoctrinate you into wickedness and makes you his ambassador.

And by extension, you become a carrier of all sorts of wickedness vis-à-vis lying, stealing, killing, etc. and everything that constitutes wickedness becomes adorable to you.

Thereafter, you engage in the desperate pursuit of evil machinations with no time for God, thus find yourself being plummeted unconsciously into vanity, whereby you change the truth of God into a lie, and worship and serve money and creature more than the Creator.

At this juncture, whenever the fallen man without authority sees a cockroach or rat, he runs.

If he sees those things that supposedly should be under the control of man, he runs. Instead of living a comfortable life of confidence and faith in the Lord, man now will suffer and sweat before he gets those things unlike before.

Rom. 8:20-21, “For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, 21 Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.”

The creature after the fall of Adam was unfortunately subjected to vanity not willingly, or a condition of choice, but inherited bondage that leads to sin, temptation, conflict and anxiety.

It is a condition, which destroys peace, mars happiness, dims hope, enfeebles faith, and weakens the love of Christians.

It is also one in which temporal death has dominion, and the bondage of which believers as well as unbelievers shall be held.

Yet, from all this bondage the children of God shall be delivered.

After today, when you must have known the truth, you can’t be subjected to vanity again, because you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.

The truth is that you can exercise authority over your enemies, only when you serve God and not money, images, or idols.

And if you obey, I want to assure you that all the rats and cockroaches will run away from you.

Witches, wizards, occult men and women will be under your rule.

But if you continue to live in sin, you will certainly suffer as a slave to the devil.

I pray that today you shall be free from sin and rule over your enemies in Jesus name.
