Divine missions health centre reaches out for volunteers
In line with its avowed commitment to extend God’s love and life to under-reached communities through accessible and effective healthcare across the globe, Divine Missions Health Centre is calling for medical personnel and other volunteers to participate in its upcoming missions programme at the Oganla community in Ibadan, Nigeria, from August 21 to 25, 2018.
Founded in January 2014, Divine Missions Health Centre is an International medical missions organisation, with headquarters in Springfield, Missouri, USA.Mrs. Damilola Adegboyega, President/Founder, Divine Missions Health Centre, said since inception of the organisation in 2014, it has served communities in Lagos (Oko Baba) Nigeria and Honduras (La Ceiba), providing free healthcare to communities of over 3,000 residents, helping to provide better and improved living conditions, educating people on common diseases and prevention, as well as praying with the sick in these communities.
“At Divine Missions, according to John 14:14, our vision is to extend God’s love and life to under-reached communities through accessible and effective healthcare. Over the years, we have partnered with Abundant Life Church, Convoy of Hope, Cox Health, Gran Commission Latin America, among others. We cannot do this alone, which is why we are reaching out to people of like-minds, who are interested in helping to extend God’s love and life to the under-reached people of Oganla, Ibadan. We need Nurses, Doctors, Pharmacists, Lab Scientists, Pharmacists, Plumbers and prayer warriors. We also need donations. We need YOU,” she said.
