The Special Assistant to the General Overseer, Administration and Personnel, The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Johnson Odesola, has blamed the nation’s myriad problems on improper and ineffective administration.

Speaking during the RCCG Region One 2016 yearly Administrative and Computer Secretaries Conference with the theme: “Expanding the Church Frontier Through Effective and Efficient Administration,” which held at the RCCG headquarters, Ebute-Metta, Lagos, Odesola said Nigerian leaders’ inability to establish coordinated and efficient administration stemmed from the failure to harness available resources to evolve workable results.

He said: “Our nation is missing it because there are lots of insincerity, hypocrisy and hidden agenda by our administrators, which is proved by some politicians decamping from one party to another to get what they want and not to serve.

“This again calls for the argument that Christians be involved in politics, which should be encouraged, because the Church is still in the world, otherwise, evil people would continue to rule and perpetrate their nefarious activities.”

Expatiating on the theme of the conference, the cleric said since everything rises and falls on administration, any organisation that would be relevant and be at the cutting edge, whether secular or spiritual can only achieve these through effective administration.
