Speakers urge pastors, ministers to conform to Christ’s image
The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Youth Centre in Ogun State, venue of this year’s All Nations’ Congress of Pastors/Ministers Prayer Network-Africa (PMPN-A) witnessed a large attendance of pastors, ministers and missionaries from across the country and beyond. At the weeklong event, organised by (PMPN-A), speakers enjoined participants to live up to their role and conform to the image of Christ.
Themed, “2016 All Nations Congress on processing the seven mountains of the nations,” the congress international coordinator, Apostle Victor Uchegbulam, said: “the subject of the seven mountains will still be on this same burden, until such a time, when God will allow us to move. This is God’s plan for His church in the last days.
Pastor David Ogbueli, Senior Pastor of Dominion City Church, while speaking on the Great Commission, said God made man in His own image and likeness and has called Christians to have dominion over the earth. “The person that must have dominion must have a foundation,” he said. “Therefore, we must focus on developing our ‘being,’ which deals with becoming like Christ and doing what Christ expects from us.”
Other speakers at the event include spiritual mentors, Johnny and Elizabeth Enlow, founding pastor, Old Path Revival Commission, Alfred Itiowe, Founder, Christ Living Spring Apostolic Ministry, Wole Oladiyun, Archbishop of Uganda, Stanley Ntagaali and Laurette Mkati, a missionary from Scotland.
