The new showroom which is located in the Apapa Mall, along Park Lane, is a walk-in service centre that offers customers the convenience and ease of access to Airtel’s range of value-added products and services as well as the comfort of first-hand contact and interactions with customer service agents.

The shop is fully equipped to provide a diverse range of services including enquiries, SIM registration and replacement, sales of low-end and high-end mobile devices, electronic and voucher recharge among other services.

Speaking at the launch, the company’s Regional Operations Director, Lagos, Femi Oshinlaja, explained that the new service point was in line with the company’s goal of taking its customer service delivery to the doorsteps of Nigerians.

He said: “This project was born out of the commitment and desire to reach people around this locality with the quality products and services of Airtel, and also to provide solutions to challenges faced by both new and existing customers on the Airtel Network”.

He noted that the showroom will address the quest for better service experience by the residents of Apapa and environs just as he added that quality customer service delivery is at the heart of the operations of the company, explaining that this attribute has accounted for several awards in favour of the company.

According to him, “Quality customer service delivery is the main ingredient that defines our very essence as a customer-centric organization and we are here to render quality services to all our new and existing customers in this locality.
