NTITA awards target sector’s best
The second edition of the yearly Nigeria Tech Innovation and Telecom Awards (NTITA) is targeted at the sector’s innovators.
According to the organisers, Instinct Wave, a B2B event organisation and the Association of Telecom Companies of Nigeria (ATCON) said the event, which comes up in Lagos on October 12, would reward and celebrate the impact of Fintech and public sector use of ICT for national growth.
The organisers claimed that NTITA has continued to grow in participation and prestige, setting the highest industry standard for honouring organisations and individuals in ICT and related industries in Nigeria
According to Group Chief Executive Officer of InstinctWave, Akin Naphtal, the prestigious award has become the benchmark for outstanding performance in the highly competitive industry; a symbol of excellence in leadership, quality and innovation. Technology is constantly growing and evolving, and we cannot afford to be left out of this hi-tech generation, he added.
President of ATCON, Olusola Teniola said: “ICT sector has contributed significantly towards Nigeria’s economic improvement and we believe the award provides the platform to further encourage the industry stakeholders in a more relaxed and entertaining atmosphere.”
